Most Januarys I will go dry for 10 days or so ...
just to give my liver a break and lose a few lbs but the pants got too tight for comfort (literally) last week so I have to take more drastic measures.
I have found one thing to be true though ... the best I feel is after I go dry for about a week with consistent daily exercise and 8-9 hours of sleep per night. It is possible if you plan around it and with a week of that I can feel 10 years younger! Perhaps my next vacation should be to a health spa. :)
